What’s the movie about?
Many people take Christmas as an opportunity to spend contemplative and quiet days with their loved ones. However, the three high school friends Ethan (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), Isaac (Seth Rogen) and Chris (Anthony Mackie) have a completely different tradition. Every year, they get together on Christmas Eve to make New York City unsafe and really let it rip at a fat party. Although the men have more and more to nibble at the traces of the excessive night as they get older, they don’t think about taking their annual bash down a notch. This year, however, the gentlemen know that their last Christmas get-together is coming up. Different life paths are emerging, which include starting a family: Isaac and his girlfriend Betsy (Jillian Bell) are going to have a baby. So the trio of buddies wants to really let their hair down and party at the best Christmas party ever. In the luggage the boys have a gift from Betsy: a colorful mixture of various drugs…
