What’s the tv show about?
A few years ago rock stars and actors were the groups of people who were adored. But these times are long gone. Now the focus is on superheroes. The group calling themselves “The Seven” is led by the patriotic homelander (Antony Starr). The superheroes are under contract with the powerful group “Vought”. Although they are celebrated in public as radiant heroes, they abuse their powers and status. One day, Hughie (Jack Quaid) also feels this, who loses his girlfriend in a mission of the superheroes. A little later he meets the daredevil Billy Butcher (Karl Urban), who wants to destroy the “Seven”. But with such an overpowering opponent this is anything but easy…
