What’s the movie about?
The thriller “Gone Girl” is about Nick (Ben Affleck), who actually wanted to celebrate her fifth wedding anniversary with his wife. But his wife Amy (Rosamund Pike) has suddenly disappeared. The policemen Rhonda Boney (Kim Dickens) and Jim Gilpin (Patrick Fugit) start the investigation and soon Nick himself is the target of the investigators. Nick becomes more and more entangled in a web of lies and betrayal. But even the alleged victim has no wise vest. What really happened here?
