What’s the tv show about?
The end comes quickly: Live Hallangen (Kathrine Thorborg Johansen) is declared dead and taken to the coroner’s office for an autopsy. While the medics prepare for a typical and unspectacular routine work, Live suddenly awakens and shows up fully alive. Damage? After-effects? Malaise? Live shows no signs that could indicate unusual behavior. Only her insatiable thirst for blood gives her pause for thought, but she conceals this. Meanwhile, her brother Odd (Elias Holmen Sørensen) is trying to keep the family-run funeral home going and is clearly struggling to bring in enough orders to cover the running costs. Live wants to help him out, but has to admit to herself that her new nature and the honorable profession of mortician are only partially compatible. If she follows her sense, the funeral home will go under. If she opts for the family legacy, she will not survive.
