What’s the movie about?
Carrie White (Chloë Grace Moretz) is raised by her extremely religious mother Margaret (Julianne Moore). At school she is considered an outsider and her insecure and shy nature easily makes Carrie a victim of harassment. She really doesn’t have an easy life. But one day she desperately tries to defend herself and discovers that she has telekinetic abilities. At the prom Carrie is teased and harassed again and finally there is a catastrophe. Carrie mercilessly takes revenge on her tormentor…
