What’s the movie about?
The comedy “Ashby” is about the teenager Ed Wallis (Nat Wolff), who has to move to a new school and is considered an outsider. However, Ed finds a confidante in the student Eloise (Emma Roberts), who also isn’t one of the most popular students at school. Ed gets the task from his teacher to write an essay about “a person of the older generation”. He asks his older neighbour Ashby Holt (Mickey Rourke) for help. After some time a friendship develops between the two and Ed learns that Ashby has worked for the CIA as a contract killer.
